One Stop Source

When your parts must perform flawlessly, you need more than a machining shop, you need a partner who can take full responsibility from raw material through final inspection. That’s exactly what RS Precision delivers. We have every major precision machining capability in-house, which means no outside vendors, no scheduling gaps, and no uncertainty in quality. You work with one trusted source that keeps complete control over your components from start to finish.

Our customers operate in industries where reliability is critical: aerospace systems, defense programs, space technology, medical innovation. The parts we manufacture are used in applications where failure simply isn’t an option. That’s why we built a facility, a team, and a process that protects accuracy at every stage.

True vertical integration or one-stop sourcing is more than a convenience,  it is the foundation of consistency, accountability, and traceability. It makes sure that the part you receive is exactly the part you expected, meeting the strictest requirements for precision and performance.

In-House CNC Machining Services

At RS Precision, every machining process that shapes your part is performed right here in our facility. No outsourcing. No hand-offs. No uncertainty. We are fully vertically integrated, which gives our customers better control over lead times, accountability, and final part quality.

Our CNC machining services include:

  • CNC Grinding
  • CNC EDM (including wire,  sinker, micro-hole and hole-pop)
  • CNC Milling (including horizontal milling and multi-axis milling)
  • CNC Mill-Turn Machining
  • CNC Turning

Each of these capabilities fits into one continuous workflow we control from start to finish. That’s how we deliver the accuracy, repeatability, and reliability your mission-critical applications demand.

CNC Grinding

Precision CNC grinding is where the last  (and most important) details are locked in. This process ensures:

  • CNC Surface Grinding, CNC Form Grinding, CNC Cylindrical (small)
  • Flatness where surfaces must mate perfectly
  • Concentricity where alignment is critical
  • Surface finishes that support smooth operation
  • Dimensional accuracy for the tightest tolerances

We grind hardened steels, super alloys, and parts with complex form features that require exact finishing. Grinding is often the defining difference between “good enough” and “qualified for aerospace” — and that’s why customers trust us when failure is not an option.

CNC EDM (Wire + Sinker)

Wire and sinker EDM allow us to cut material that traditional tools cannot reach, or cannot cut without distortion. EDM is ideal for:

  • Fine internal geometry
  • Thin or delicate walls
  • Hardened or high-temperature alloys
  • Features that must be stress-free

This process supports components used in propulsion systems, medical device assemblies, guidance technologies, and high-reliability defense hardware. With both EDM and grinding under one roof, we can keep accuracy continuous throughout every step of the job.

CNC Milling

CNC milling supports both prototype development and tight-tolerance production. We work with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, nickel alloys, and more. Having multiple milling platforms means we choose the process that best fits each part, not the other way around.

Horizontal Milling: When stability and chip evacuation are essential (especially in thicker or heavier parts), horizontal milling delivers faster removal and superior surface protection. This method minimizes setups and reduces dimensional stack-up errors, improving repeatability and efficiency across complex structures.

Multi-Axis Milling: Multi-axis milling (3-, 4-, and 5-axis) enables true geometric freedom. We machine multiple faces and contours in a single setup, preserving positional relationships that are critical for function. Applications include aerospace brackets, propulsion features, surgical components, and other precision assemblies.

Together, horizontal and multi-axis milling help us build parts exactly to engineering intent — without compromising speed or quality.

CNC Mill-Turn Machining

Some parts require complex, tight-tolerance cylindrical and milled features. Mill-turn machining enables both in one secure setup:

  • More reliable production of complex features
  • Reduced handling and re-clamping
  • Better accuracy across the entire part
  • Shorter production lead times
  • Reduced costs

This approach is well-suited for actuation parts, aerospace connectors, high-performance shafts, and complex fluid-management components. Integrating mill-turn with milling, EDM, and grinding ensures that precision is preserved at every transition.

Beyond Machining — Engineering Collaboration

We often join a project before machining begins. Our engineers help refine design details that improve manufacturability, simplify setups, and avoid production risks.

Small adjustments early on can save significant cost and time later — especially for parts that must perform flawlessly.

We don’t just build parts. We help build better solutions.

Inspection & Quality Assurance You Can Trust

Mission-critical applications demand verifiable precision. Our quality system includes:

Every feature is measured. Every specification documented. Every part traceable. There is no cutting corners when lives, equipment, or missions depend on the parts you receive.

Industries Served

RS Precision supports sectors where precision is not negotiable:

  • Aerospace: Aircraft systems depend on components that withstand stress, vibration, and extreme conditions. RS Precision’s experience guarantees validated reliability throughout the supply chain.
  • Defense: Our machining expertise contributes to mission-critical technologies — radar systems, targeting mechanisms, communications hardware, and other equipment used around the world.
  • Medical Devices: Surgeons rely on tools and implants that must feel right in the hand and function flawlessly in the body. RS Precision supports both performance and patient safety.
  • Industrial Technology: From advanced R&D projects to engineered equipment, our work powers innovation across many specialized markets.

Why Customers Choose RS Precision

When you’re responsible for components that must perform flawlessly, trust isn’t optional — it’s essential. Working with a fully vertically integrated manufacturer means every step of production is aligned, controlled, and accountable under one roof.

  • One accountable partner—no finger-pointing between vendors
  • Faster lead times without shipping delays between shops
  • Consistent quality across every step of production
  • Lower risk for complex, regulated components
  • Support from prototype through production

This is the smarter, safer path for mission-critical components where the cost of failure is too high to gamble on fragmented supply chains.

Built for Partnership

What clients highlight most isn’t only the parts,  it’s the experience:

  • Responsiveness: Transparent communication and proactive updates
  • Engineering support: Ideas that improve manufacturability and reduce cost
  • Long-term reliability: A team that monitors, measures, and adapts to your project needs

We understand what’s on the line for you: performance, timelines, compliance — and trust. That’s why we take full responsibility for every part we deliver and every outcome we support.

If your components demand the highest level of precision, accountability, and confidence, RS Precision is the partner equipped to deliver.
