Robert Savitzky,
Chief Executive Officer

After starting his career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hewlett Packard, Bob took the lead at RS Precision when its founder (and his father), Abe Savitzky, retired more than 35 years ago. Today, Bob has grown the company from a tool and die shop into one of the nation’s most recognized multi-process manufacturers of complex, mission-critical parts. His collaborative “beyond the blueprint” methodology has resulted in parts that not only better perform, but offer more bottom-line value to customers. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from New York’s Cornell University.

Steve Reed,
Quality Manager

Steve rose through the ranks at RS Precision having started his 13+ year machining career here in 2007 as an CNC milling, wire EDM, and CNC lathe Operator. He also was wire EDM Leadman, while supervising other operators. He then moved to process methodology and the programming of CMM and video inspection equipment. Today, as RS Precision’s Quality Manager, Steve utilizes state-of-the-art measuring equipment to ensure the exacting specifications of each manufactured part. He attended Nassau Community College in Long Island, New York.

Mike Pentecoste,
Vice President, Business Development

Mike brings more than 40 years of machining excellence, innovation and business savvy to RS Precision which he joined in 2015. He built his reputation by running his own company, Monolith Manufacturing Corporation, where for 25 years Mike specialized in mold making and CNC machining for the aerospace and defense industry. Today, as Vice President, Business Development, Mike leads RS Precision’s aerospace and defense initiatives, producing a multitude of complex parts that demand precision CNC capabilities.

Victor Francois,
Controller

Victor brings more than 40 year’s corporate financial experience to RS Precision, having started his career as an Assistant Controller for Auto Barn Stores in 1980. For more than 25 years, he served as Corporate Controller for Designatronics, Inc. whose global brands serve a variety of industries including aerospace, defense, and medical. At RS Precision, Victor is responsible for all aspects of accounting, including staff management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post campus.
